# Hammeli

> Hammeli (حملي) is Lebanon’s freight and truck transport platform. It connects customers who need to move goods with verified truck and pickup drivers, plus registered transport companies, with live tracking and scheduled shipments nationwide.

Hammeli helps people and businesses request freight transport across Beirut, Tripoli, Saida, Zahle, Tyre, Baalbek and the rest of Lebanon through mobile apps for customers, drivers and company fleets.

## Account deletion

Users can request account deletion in the app or via the [Delete Account](https://hammeli.com/system/delete-account) page. A 14-day soft-deletion period applies before permanent removal, subject to legal retention requirements in Lebanon.
