Tracking & Operational Compliance
Active shipments require location tracking to remain enabled. Disabling GPS or disconnecting intentionally during an active order constitutes a platform policy violation and may lead to suspension or permanent account restriction.
The platform may initiate investigation procedures in case of reported misconduct or irregular activity.
Account & Data Management
Users may request account deletion directly through the application. Accounts enter a 14-day soft deletion period during which restoration is possible. After that period, data is permanently removed.
