How to use Hammeli

1. Download the right app

• Customers and independent drivers: install Hammeli from the App Store or Google Play.
• Transport companies: install Hammeli Companies after company onboarding.

2. Create your account

1. Open the app and register with your phone number.
2. Verify the SMS code.
3. Complete your profile (customers) or submit driver / company documents for review.
4. Wait for approval if you are registering as a driver or company.

3. Customers — request freight

1. Tap to create a new transport request.
2. Set pickup and destination (map pin or paste Google / Apple Maps links).
3. Choose truck type and any extras you need.
4. Select instant or scheduled time, then submit.
5. Track the driver live after acceptance until delivery is complete.
6. Confirm completion when prompted.

4. Drivers — accept and complete jobs

1. Keep location enabled and go available in the app.
2. Review nearby requests and accept a job.
3. Navigate to pickup, start the trip, then complete at destination.
4. Follow in-app prompts for status updates and completion reminders.

5. Companies — fleet operations

1. Complete company onboarding with Hammeli.
2. Install Hammeli Companies and sign in with your company user.
3. Manage trucks and drivers linked to your company.
4. Accept customer freight orders and assign the right vehicle.
5. Monitor active jobs until delivery is finished.

6. Stay updated

Keep auto-update enabled. When Hammeli requires a minimum version, the app shows an update screen with links to the App Store or Google Play. Latest published builds are listed on this website and on the store listing pages.
