What is Hammeli?

Hammeli is a nationwide freight coordination platform in Lebanon. It connects customers, businesses, and registered transport companies with verified truck drivers to move goods efficiently, with structured orders, scheduling, and tracking through the app.

What can I ship using Hammeli?

You can ship goods and items of many types across Lebanon, depending on the available vehicle type. The app helps you select the right truck category for your shipment before confirming the request.

Where is Hammeli available?

Hammeli operates across all Lebanese regions — from north to south — including cities, villages, and mountain routes, depending on driver availability.

What vehicle types are available?

Hammeli supports multiple truck categories (light to heavy). Availability depends on your area and time. You can browse vehicle options in the app during the request process.

How do I request a truck?

Open the app, set pickup and destination, select the vehicle type, then confirm the request. A driver or transport company can review the order and approve it.

Can I schedule a transport request in advance?

Yes. You can place a scheduled request for a specific date and time. The order is confirmed once a driver or company approves it before the pickup time.

Is live tracking available?

Yes. Once an order is accepted, you can follow the shipment status and driver movement in real time until delivery is completed.

Does the driver have to keep tracking enabled during an active order?

Yes. During an active shipment, drivers must keep the phone on with GPS and connectivity enabled to support tracking and order integrity. Intentionally disabling tracking may be treated as a serious policy violation and can lead to suspension or permanent restriction.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is determined by the platform rules (such as distance and vehicle category) and is shown clearly before the request is confirmed. Drivers are not allowed to increase the price beyond the platform-defined amount.

How do payments work?

Payment is handled directly between the customer and the driver during the shipment process. Hammeli does not create customer debt for drivers, and any platform commissions are handled separately through driver settlement rules.

Can transport companies use Hammeli?

Yes. Legally registered transport companies can contact Hammeli for onboarding. After verification, companies can work based on customer requests and fleet availability.

What safety systems exist in Hammeli?

Hammeli uses verification requirements for drivers, order tracking, ratings, and reporting tools. If a driver violates platform rules, actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

Is Hammeli responsible for the shipped goods?

Hammeli operates as a coordination platform between customers and transport providers. Responsibilities and liabilities are defined in the platform terms and driver terms.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account deletion through the app. The account enters a 14-day soft deletion period during which you can restore the account. After 14 days, the data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
