Request deletion of your Hammeli or Hammeli Companies account and associated personal data.

You may request deletion of your Hammeli account at any time through the mobile application. Once submitted, your account enters a temporary deactivation period before permanent removal, unless you cancel within that window.

14-day soft deletion period

After you submit a deletion request, the account is placed in a 14-day soft deletion state.

  • Your account is temporarily deactivated
  • You may cancel the deletion request within 14 days
  • If restored in time, your account and data remain accessible

Permanent deletion

After the 14-day period expires, the account and personal data are permanently deleted where legally allowed.

  • Deletion cannot be reversed after the soft period ends
  • You permanently lose access to the account
  • Personal profile data and app history tied to the account are erased

Delete from the Hammeli app (customers & drivers)

  1. Open the Hammeli app (v1.3.8 or later)
  2. Open the sidebar / profile menu
  3. Go to Settings or Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm and submit your request

Delete from Hammeli Companies

  1. Open the Hammeli Companies app
  2. Open account / settings
  3. Select Delete Account (or contact company admin / Hammeli support if your role cannot self-delete)
  4. Confirm the request

Company owners who need full company data removal should email contact@hammeli.com with the company name and registered phone.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@hammeli.com from your registered contact with subject Delete Account, including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number used for Hammeli
  • Whether you use Hammeli or Hammeli Companies
  • Optional: user ID if known

Data retention & legal requirements

Limited records (for example financial, fraud-prevention or legal compliance data) may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable laws in Lebanon. These records are stored securely and used only for regulatory or security purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
