Delete Account

Request deletion of your Hammeli account and associated personal data.

You may request deletion of your Hammeli account at any time through the mobile application or website. Once submitted, your account will enter a temporary deactivation period before permanent removal.

14-Day Soft Deletion Period

After submitting a deletion request, your account will be placed in a 14-day soft deletion state.

  • Your account will be temporarily deactivated
  • You may cancel the deletion request within 14 days
  • If restored, your account and data remain accessible

Permanent Deletion

After the 14-day period expires, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.

  • Deletion cannot be reversed after 14 days
  • You will permanently lose access to your account
  • Order history and personal data will be erased

Delete from the Mobile App

  1. Open the Hammeli app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm and submit your request

Delete from the Website

  1. Sign in to your Hammeli account
  2. Open Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Data Retention & Legal Requirements

Certain limited records (such as financial or legal compliance data) may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable laws in Lebanon. These records are stored securely and used only for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes.
