Create Customer Account
First, create a normal Hammeli customer account using the app.

Upgrade to Driver
Inside the app, go to Account → Upgrade to Driver and submit required documents.

Get Approved
Your documents are reviewed. Approval result is provided within 24–48 hours.
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age 18+
- Valid truck driving license
- Vehicle registration papers
- Mandatory insurance
- Clean criminal record (if requested)
- Vehicle must match selected category
