Hammeli (“Hammeli”, “we”, “our”, or “platform”) operates a digital freight coordination system connecting customers, registered companies and verified transport drivers across Lebanon.

2. Location & Tracking Data
The Hammeli application may request access to device location services.

For drivers, GPS tracking must remain enabled during active deliveries. Intentional disabling during an ongoing shipment may trigger compliance review.

If a user requests account deletion, the account enters a 14-day soft deletion period. After this period, personal data is permanently deleted, except where retention is legally required.
